I know that many years ago, you could have bought a Rowenta stick vac in the USA - it was actually rated by Consumer Reports as the best stick vac at the time. Not sure of the year, though.

funny thing is they are acctually cheaper here in australia... I suposse thats the switch for a Shark Rotator costing $600 here!

Cheaper in Australia? That is really odd.....
Especially when you consider the comparative shipping costs. To ship these from France to the "land down-under" must be far more expensive than to Canada which is closer. It must have something to do with the vac market in Canada...maybe Rowenta knows they can charge more for the same product here? |
