Hi everybody,
on Tuesday 23rd April 2014 at 11PM, we collected a Dyson DC07 n prple and green with a bad motor, broken spine and a bad clutch + a very filthy state! Pictures below.
The Dyson came with a brand new Cyclone, Brand new Brush tool, Brand new bin and a Brand new soleplate. all this for £25! Bargain!

I fitted a new motor in ans swapped the chassis from my DC07 Origin which will go in the loft now. The vacuum looks new now apart from the white paint marks, what shall I do? Please let me know. Thanks!

Hi Tayyab,

Original T-Cut works great for removing paint marks. Dab some on a damp cloth and rub away at the paint marks with plenty of pressure. Careful around the lettering, as T-Cut will remove this. Use a dry cloth to remove the T-Cut once you're finished and then go over it with some regular furniture polish and a duster to shine the machine up again.

Hope this helps.

Chris

1- Bad clutch, really stretched out belts!. Now I cant turn the brushbar off, with both clutches, even if I turn the brushbar off, it still spins!

Try a magic sponge from pound land, just go gentle as it will scratch if you go nuts.

The cyclone will be fine after a wash!

Very nice though, worth it for the new parts alone!
