Do you have any more pictures of the SEBO C3.1 - does it have the electric floorhead?

Hi

Hi, Just so you know the picture for the Electrolux z2020 you have used in the auction is not what a z2020 looks like. You have used a picture of another Electrolux cylinder.

Also how many Electrolux z2020s are there as there looks to be possibly 3 or 4 boxes of them?

Thanks  JamesSmile

You have also listed the Purepower U3470 with the wrong picture - the picture shows a Turbopower 2 U2462

Hi

kirbymodel2c's profile picture

Hi. The boxes are correct but the picture of the blue cylinder is incorrect. Just remove the pic of the vac but keep the picture of the boxes.

Also the description is mixed up. The Electrolux z2020 isn't a Electrolux Clario 1600W Hepa filter. It looks like you've mixed the two up.

A Electrolux z2020 looks like the vacuum cleaner labeled 11 from the catalogue page shown below...

Hope this helps.

Please could you include some more pictures of the SEBO C3.1 - its a rare cleaner nowadays. Perhaps you could photograph the machine or the box?

Thank you for the info James.
Gosh, that is an old cleaner. Does anyone have an idea of its age please?

I will update the errors tomorrow. After a week of late nights and a long day at the NEC I can't face any more eBay tonight.

I will also update the Sebo with details and pictures tomorrow. I have discovered that there are differences in the C3.1 depending on when it was released.

Appreciate the help 👍
Thanks.

The SEBO C3.1 is an extremely good vacuum, they were very expensive when new, and you don't see them very often now. It will be quite popular, as there are several SEBO fans on Vacuumland, myself included, but we need to see the actual machine and exactly what its supplied with. This vacuum has raised the most interest so far for myself.

No probs. I will list the Zorbster, amend the listings which aren't correct or missing info and then I must crack on with my Vat return.

I will still check in once a day to answer any questions and catch up as I think this site is really interesting.

Thanks for that - so it has the electric hose, but doesn't come with any turbine heads, but still worth a bid I'd say

Looks like this SEBO is gonna go or BIG bucks, such a diamond to find, and it looks an early model as well.

Josh why don't you ease up? The seller isn't a collector, and has other things to do, like run a business, look after a family etc.

Just set up an alert on the ebay name and you will know when more go up. Its a bit rude to keep demanding things to be listed.

Post# 276442 , Reply# 25   4/16/2014 at 05:40 (3,661 days old) by madabouthoovers ()

Josh has Asperger's Syndrome, which means he is totally and utterly obsessed with vacuum cleaners. Constant pressuring is one of the symptoms, because the seller is not listing what Josh wants.

I am waiting for an exact model number as they are located elsewhere. I did ask for it yesterday and they didn't get a chance to send it to me. I will ask for it again today and list it for you.

I don't want to list it and it be something else. I know I'm terrible at getting back to you but I am swamped!

Hi Cee Jay :)
You can just put the Title as Dyson DC04 Zorbster new as there are no other Zorbsters lol, its going to be exact, may I also ask if there is any DC07 Animals? I hope I don't annoy you or anything and I wont ask again, you can take your time

SEBO C3

My heart has been pounding ever since i saw that SEBO C3 listed on ebay. I had an early C3 many years ago which was white with a purple airbelt but i sold it and have regretted it ever since. :-(

Post# 276462 , Reply# 29   4/16/2014 at 08:32 (3,661 days old) by madabouthoovers ()

Prices are going crazy on some of these items - £250 for a Turbopower 2! - it might easily go over £300 as there are tons of people here that love them to death!

I think Hoover need to take a look at what they are selling now, and that people still want QUALITY bagged uprights, instead of all this bagless rubbish they make now.

I see that SEBO C3.1 making anything up to £500, and it would be worth every penny, as they were superb machines, which I liked better than the large and bulky D series that replaced them.

I also notice there aint much interest in the Dyson DC07, and DC14 - they are so common now I'm sick of seeing them to be honest.

It was because of Dyson, that companies like Hoover and Electrolux stopped making bagged uprights, which was a great pity. When will these companies get it into their thick heads that not everyone wants bagless!

The beautiful and superbly made Sebo C3.1 Power:

Steve, What do you think he DC14i will go for? I am interested in that. I may buy it. Just want other people's opinions as to what they think it will go for so I can be sure. £230 max or £250. A non clutched simple DC14, wouldnt pay more, there are like 200 on ebay refurbished for like £80+! Refurbished to a high standard

Post# 276478 , Reply# 31   4/16/2014 at 10:13 (3,661 days old) by madabouthoovers ()

The DC14 is hard to say - they have only recently gone out of the shops, so not that collectable really. It would be worth paying £150 for it but not much more than that. They were in Argos not that long back for £199, so if you can get it for £150 then that's a good buy.

I wont be bidding on any of the Dysons listed, as I want the SEBO C3.1, and its gonna go VERY high, as its an early model.

Post# 276479 , Reply# 32   4/16/2014 at 10:17 (3,661 days old) by parwaz786 ( )

Awesome! Thanks
Good luck on the Sebo, I hope you win the auction!
Best of luck
Tayyab

Post# 276481 , Reply# 33   4/16/2014 at 10:26 (3,661 days old) by madabouthoovers ()

Tayyab, don't be disappointed if you don't win what you want - and don't get carried away! Only bid what you can afford. Having so many delicious vacs to choose from is top danger for our bank accounts and credit cards - ebay is so easy to overbid when you get in a bidding war, so keep your wits about you!

Post# 276522 , Reply# 34   4/16/2014 at 15:50 (3,661 days old) by madabouthoovers ()

Well, I've just totted up the total bids so far on all the vacs, and it adds up to just under £1500, and that's as it currently stands.

Even the Dyson DC07 has now got a bid.

Perhaps the seller could add some more photos of the machines that are not doing well, or have no bids, as just a pic of a plain box is not helping their cause.

Wow! I am glad there is no interest in the DC14i. I am looking forwards to buying it, I am watching it and refreshing the auction in a new tab every once in a while

Post# 276530 , Reply# 36   4/16/2014 at 16:14 (3,660 days old) by parwaz786 ( )
Tayyab, don't be disappointed if you don't win what

Thanks Steve for the advice, just in case we don't win the auction for the DC14i, I will either get a brand new DC14 Blitz it for £190 on eBay or a second hand Blitz it.
There is also a DC07 Allergy in purple and green with a blown motor, but included a brand new Cyclone assembly, 2X brand new bins with the green flaps, a brand new purple and green soleplate and a brand new silver dusting brush. All this is for £25.

Post# 276534 , Reply# 37   4/16/2014 at 16:32 (3,660 days old) by madabouthoovers ()

Well, Tayyab, if you have set a max bid of £150 on the DC14, it stands a good chance you might get it, as there are so many DC14's on ebay at the moment, and this one has no clutch so is no good for hard floors which will limit its buyers - had you realised this?

Post# 276544 , Reply# 38   4/17/2014 at 03:12 (3,660 days old) by parwaz786 ( )

Yes, I know it's non clutched :P I don't mine but all of my Dysons are non clutched, but They clean so well. The brushbar is good and whenever the belt gets stretched out, it's much simpler to replace the big belts in the non clutched models than find a special small clutch belt and take the bloody clutch apart, etc or pay £10 for a new clutch! That's just ridiculous.

Thank you Steve for the help and advice so far :)

Post# 276545 , Reply# 39   4/17/2014 at 03:14 (3,660 days old) by parwaz786 ( )

Just realised the DC14 Blitz it is now £170 with the tools, flexi crevice tool, up top tool, and the stubborn dirt brush + a spare filter!
Ooh, so hard to choose.

Post# 276564 , Reply# 40   4/17/2014 at 05:26 (3,660 days old) by madabouthoovers ()

Well, I'd still bid  £100 on the DC14 on CEEJAY, if you don't get it for £100 then you can buy the blitz it model.

Bid soon, or they might sell it via the back door and you will lose it.

Well, whats the vac in your profile picture Mr Parwaz - its not a Dyson, Henry, nor a Kirby? Perhaps you might change it to one of a Dyson DC14, seeing as that's your favourite vac? Or even a picture of you!

Because Tayyab Parwaz sounds like a Muslim name, and I used to live in Wolverhampton, Handsworth, and also in Preston, where there were a lot of Muslims.

I agree about the location thing aswell, I think there are most in the West midlands and Lancashire area
