Can you offer any info on this please? Says suction polisher.
It's brand new in its box.

This kind of machines are for buffering floors. They're not good cleaners, just absorve, suction some dust, but are not real vacuum cleaners. Besides they're not useful for waxing, since they are not intended for this other use. They just buff. This is not related exclusively to Hoover brand, but to all this kind of polishers.
