Heheh! Thank you very much! I really love these nice cylinders, they were so essential, compact, lightweight, quiet...I'm going to put my hands on a light blue one from 1975, I'll post the pictures of it as well!

Love em, just love em.

I love the colours Italian Hoover models used in the 1970s :) somehow more VIBRANT than ours. :)

Hey Ian,

Both those colours on the 427 were available here too, the red one was the standard from 1970 to 1973, and the mustardy one was built in the later 1970s as a special here I think - I notice Tommy's are from 1972 and 1977 respectively.

Tommy, it's always nice to see more of your collection, do you have one of those silvers 652s or Constellations?

Si

Hello Simon,
both of these 427, yellow(not mustard) and orange(not red) as well as the matching Constellations were available in Italy between 1977 and 1980. The immediately previous one was white/ light blue. Yes, I have a grey/silver 652 and a white/grey Constellation. I'll post the pictures as I find them.
