Whilst I was working on the transmission, I noticed the Brush housing (Guessing at names here) was Cracked. |

So I made up a bracket, Out of some metal Used for model railroading.. And Glued it on. |

Then Covered it in Electrical tape, To keep it from getting rusty etc.. You can hardly tell it has been repaired |

Then. I began to reassemble. |

All Done.. This vacuum has had "The Hard Grind" As it were for many, many years.. So it's not the nicest looking.. but I can tell you.. It runs like the day it was made.. |
