In the end, we found that the motor had seized, so I'm currently on the lookout for a replacement.

Joe, I love that Junior Dirtsearcher! The 70's juniors have got to be my favs.

That's a lovely Philips too. I believe it originally would've come with the tri-acti floortool, which is one of the best floortools of any cylinder I've used.

Yes Chris I love that junior too. I've had it for a few years, I picked it up for a measly £3 at a carboot sale!
By the way, that Philips will no doubt still be there next time I visit James so I might rescue it then lol

I have about 3 mini dc25's 1 or 2 mini dc31's and a mini dc26 one of my dc25's is new in the box that i'll sell if anyone wants it :)
