I have tried unsuccessfully to locate online information on Electrolux PNs #s 5 and up. My initial search was to find differences/traits among PN-5, PN-6, and PN-7 and when each was manufactured, but now I'm curious as to what other models have been made up to the present time. I would also like to know what "Omni-Flo Automatic" means.
If you could provide any information I would appreciate it.

Omni Flo meant all around cleaning. The power head has slots in the base to provide airflow to the corners side, front and back. The P/N 5 had the cord plug into the back of the power nozzle on lower right. The P/N 6 had the plug that didn't come out of the head. Several changes came later . P/N 7 had the Headlight and a change in the brushroll. The next big change came with the swivel on the power nozzle probably called P/N 8.

I'm thinking the PN numbering changed after PN-7 because I couldn't find anything online regarding PN-8. I think I've seen like 4-digit numbers for some models. Not being too familiar with the newer models it's pretty confusing. Aerus doesn't even have any information online. It's funny--there's lots of detailed information on earlier models but later versions not so much.

Also automatic self adjusting with spring on rear wheels. Was introduced on later Silverados(first had painted PN 4).Elux introduction film suggested that if you have larger debris on floor that might be pushed by PN to raise front by pushing down on rear wheels. All after PN 5 had a switch (on PN or later on hose)to turn off brush and some had brush strip in front of rollers and hard floor friendly wheels similar to Discovery.
Thanks rugsucker. I do remember hearing about the spring-loaded wheels but hadn't recalled that they were on the PN-5. Wish Aerus or another site had photos and descriptions of all the later models/versions--would come in handy while thrifting. Oh well.
