Kirby Commercial Vacuum Disassembly

I may be persistent about this... but one thing is clear: aside from several shared replacement parts with the household line, the janitorial line of Scott Fetzer was pretty much boxed out and had nowhere to go after 1984.

But now is the real question: Does anyone know a thing or two about how the American-Lincoln Super-Sweep (Super-Vac in 1982) and the Kirby Janitronic and Comvac are disassembled/reassembled? As these are all commercial-duty products, then while the armatures and fields (and other common replacement parts like mounting screws, belts and brush rolls) are basically the same as those used on the 516-Sanitronic VII (Janitronic, Super-Sweep/Super-Vac and Comvac 1300) and the Classic/Tradition/Heritage (Comvac 1600) respectively, the wiring setup would be different. All the aluminum parts on these are painted and/or powder-coated (as opposed to being bare on the household models).

I know, at least on the Janitronic, the American-Lincolns and the Comvac 1300, I can still see the nozzle attaching lugs and shaft as though the nozzle can be removed (which is possible on the household models) but being janitorial models, they might not be exactly disassembled/reassembled the same way. In particular, the motor switch on the Comvac 1600 is handle-mounted (a la Royal metal uprights, both janitorial and household). But as the Comvac 1300's motor switch is in the same spot as on the 516/S7 and the American-Lincolns, then the handle assembly is pretty much disassembled/reassembled the same way. However, among other peculiar parts, the obligatory 3-wire cord set (and the 18" wide brush roll for the Janitronic and the American-Lincolns) that is very elusive to research.

To start with, I could provide a database for the replacement parts that are interchangeable between these commercial models and the common household equivalents.
