Hi Everyone!

First time poster here. We have a Sebo K3 where the wand felt a little tight during extension/retraction. We took it apart and the cable inside was a little jammed up so it wasn't moving right. We managed to get the cable back in what we "think" is the correct position. It is no longer tight when we are extending or retracting it. HOWEVER, during the process of disassembly, this little clip fell out. We cannot figure out where it is supposed to go. Does anyone have a blow up diagram of the inside of this thing or a picture?

Thanks!
Cherry

Hi Cherry - Welcome - Nice to see another Sebo owner.

Click on the link that takes you to an Australian market user manual/spare parts list for the K3 Premium. If in any doubt, visit www.sebo.com.au... and follow the links from there via the download section.

Also try download.sebo.com.au/spareparts/s...

Here is a snap shot of the German spare parts list for the K3 Premium

Ya, they have great pics of the vacuum & the power head

Unfortunately, no diagram of the electronic telescopic wand. That's the diagram I need.

Ah you'd have to contact SEBO directly for that. In the mean time though if you take a photo and put one on here, you may be able to get other members to look at and they might know. I have added photos of the suction tube I have for my K3 Premium. Maybe, you can point out what is missing etc.

It could well be a spring or a piece of plastic that has slipped out of the push lock release at the top, which should come out if you slide a finger in and push the lock button out and upwards.
