Serial plate/sticker. Anyone know how to date this machine? If anyone knows that would be greatly appreciated! :D

Can't date it, but... I can tell you these were made around 1997 up until 1999, if that's of any use. | ||

I would guess that the '97' in the serial number may mean that it was made in 1997, maybe I don't know. | ||
