Hi folks,

Just a quick question. Has anybody here, or does anybody know anyone who has ever actually won a Sebo in their monthly price draw?

I've been entering this everytime I've visited the Sebo website, either to purchase consumables or to send a link to someone etc - I mean, you might as well enter whilst you're there, right? So I've been entering it fairly frequently since about 2005-ish. Is it a complete waste of time? What's the betting there are some hidden secrets, like all the winners are Sebo employee's or something?

A monthly draw in which one can win a Sebo....

Was that not a bit obvious?

Obvious

Possibly, but as I also was wondering exactly what was at stake, then possibly not. So what Sebo product exactly is being offered? And how much do you have to pay to enter?

Click on the link for more info, folks.

Oh I see. Oh well, at least you're not out of pocket. I was thinking you'd been paying into it all this time.

It would've been cheaper to buy a new Sebo :P

Well that was what I was thinking. I have been uploaded to Facebook now and saw a company called A O who hold a competition each week to win appliances. Some of the comments from people who did not win brought a whole new slant on the term "bitter".

Benny, AO are "Appliances Online". If you're ever in need of white goods, check them out. They have some real bargains.

Tim, it's been running for and I have been entering it for years. Never won a thing. I still keep trying though - I'm dying to get my mitts on a D4 Premium with the powerhead.

I just entered the monthly 'win a sebo' :)

I chose the X4 Automatic 'Pet' for the giveaway as it's for domestic machines only.

Good luck on the D4, Chris! :D

Thanks Tim, you too!

As you've probably guessed, Sebo are my favourite modern brand. I already have the X1.1 and my Mum has the Felix Navy, so now I need a Sebo cylinder in my life. I used to have a C2 Total, but parted ways with it - a HUGE regret.

Ah not a problem :)

Good choice for your favourite being Sebo. I quite like their designs, they look very professional and well built! :)

I hope that the prize draw comes out well for either of us, the X4 Pet looks quite nice and aesthetically 'means business' if you get what I mean? :) And the D4 similar too :)

With the draw though, you've got to be in it to win it! :D

I have also entered to get a D4 Premium - however I would probably sell it on.

I have been entering since June but haven't heard anything about people winning anything.

Good luck - I tried years ago with SEBO's monthly draw marketing thing for years infact.. didn't win, but I have enough of their vacuums for the time being : )

AO Appliances go by their name - complete AO's. All to be revealed in an up and coming review on a large appliance. Currys doesn't fair any better.
