I picked both of these up for $7. The Hoover just needs a bag, belt and a part The Singer 3 in 1 is a vacuum that I remember having when I was little

This part Is what need,I thought I had one, but it goes to a later Convertible(It's the little metal piece that goes between the handle and the nut.)

Both very nice! The Singer was also sold as a Bissell. I had one also, I got it new as a gift. They also came with a crevice tool that could fit in place of the floor tool, so you could use it as a hand vac, or just use the nozzle opening. They also came with an extra filter. I really liked it for hard floors, only issue I had was the cord was too short to go far!
