This vintage Kirby

is Model 519 and dates back to 1959 and '60. There are many of these still in use today. My parents had this same model and now so do I. Amazingly, there are still most replacement parts available for Kirbys of this vintage.

I think the 560 also had these boxes.

The 517, 518 and 519 all had the same packaging graphics -- large red logo & type against a pattern of smaller, dark gold logos.

The 560 and 561 had the same graphic style, but the background logo pattern was dark turquoise instead of dark gold.

thanks guys. What's a fair price to pay for the lot?

It's worth...

...whatever someone will give you for it. It looks pretty beat up from the pictures so I wouldn't say much.

Personally, I wouldn't pay more than $30 for it all, because of the condition of the machine itself.

The attachments and boxes for them look to be decent.
