I have a model 29 that needs a roller brush. Will a Convertible roller brush fit?

The model 29's brushroll is longer at one end than at the other whereas a convertibles' isn't so my personal anwser would be no. That is as far as I can tell. I have 2 hoover 63s and a 64 that I remember take the same brushroll and I also have a variaty of convertibles that I can tell that their brushrolls as I just mentioned how they differ. Also, their ends are different too.

Any other answers are welcome and feel free to ask additional questions.

Roller brush assembly for 64

I need a set of brushes for the roller on a hoover 64. I could also use one of the end caps. I believe the round tipped one. Does anyone have anything like that I can purchase? Also if I need to buy the entire brush roll, I will be happy to do that. I have everything else together on this little sweetheart but the handle cover. Just those few items.

Can anyone help me or direct me. Vacuumland does not have these. So I am hoping to find a person who has these items.

Thanks for taking the time to read my request.
