Is this some kind of bojacked model or actually a commercial machine? Heavy Duty is badged right to the metal.

The metal 'heavy duty' circle was riveted onto the Hoover. Vac Shops could get them back in the day when vac shops commonly rebuilt and sold used vacuums.
