Yesterday, I was lucky to find my first trash find in a long time. It was a Dirt Devil Ultra Vision Turbo. That vacuum was lucky to have a spa day, in which I disassembled the whole thing and completely scrubbed everything down. Today I reassembled the Dirt Devil and turned it on and used the turbo tool attachment to vacuum the stairs in my house, to my surprise it did better than my moms Dyson DC33 on stairs. The Turbo Tool and a dusting brush were the only attachments that it came with. The vacuum is lucky still to be alive because right after I trash picked it, the garbage collection came. That vacuum was filthy and it was clogged all the way up the tube closest to the brush roll. It was clogged with dog hair. I used the Dirt Devil to vacuum hard wood floor because the belt wasn't spinning because the belt snapped when I got it and I couldn't find a replacement. Now the vacuum works like its brand new!

Also yesterday I got my Oreck xl3800 in the mail all the way from Florida. That vacuum was also in disparate need for a spa day, so I disassembled it and began scrubbing the bumper down and cleaning the outer bag which the inside of was coated with cat hair, Sheetrock, dust and dirt. After a very good cleaning, it was ready to go! The two speed motor works great and since I replaced the brush roll with a new metal and wood one, the vacuum is very good at deep cleaning. Below is a picture of both them. Did you find any vacuums yesterday? Leave a picture below of them if you did!
