It's a DVC Eureka replacement bag. I rescued it from the scrap pile at the vacuum shop I used to work at. The vinyl bag that was on it was shredded to pieces. As in half of it wasn't even there. It needs a roller brush too, the original had 3 bristles left across the entire thing. There's a VG-1 with Hoover end caps in it until I manage to get ahold of the proper parts.

The Celebrity I've only had for 3 days. It was a suprise gift from my partner, found in an abandonded house that was being torn down. I cleaned it up a bit and it's in pretty good shape :)

Both Kirbys need to be polished badly. I didn't realize how bad they actually were until I put the Celebrity next to them.

I just got a Bissell soft body today that needs a good cleaning

What does the proper bag for that Hoover look like anyway? When I found it, it had a cream colored vinyl zippered bag on it.

Attatched is a picture of the $3 Bissell I got today. When I was little and asked for a vacuum for my birthday, my family got me one of these. Which unfortunately, died after it had ingested several screws, coins, etc.
This one is a bit loud and needs major cleaning and a little minor work. I *think* I have a new fan for it.
Now, back to the window AC that decided it was a good idea to drip into my room, and soak the carpet. I didn't realize it was dripping IN instead of OUT until my room started to smell like gym socks...

hi there....welcome....=)

that's a Super Nice Celebrity you have,.....and one that is not common at all. Now as for the 29, email me for the brush roll parts....i may have what you need. Ill post a pic of what bag that was suppose to have, it was a shake out, the high end which was the 62 (pretty much the same thing but in blue and brown) had a sateen bag that was equipped with what was called the Handi sac.....all that was is a long type "C" bag with both ends open, one end for the fill tube,  and the other open for reuse....and the had a smooth kinda Teflon interior for easy empty.... they were Hoovers first swing at a disposable bag...

I was actually wondering if maybe a convertible brush roll would fit in it. I stopped working at the vacation shop before I got the chance to try it.
As for the outer bag, I want something that looks proper. But I'd like to keep the disposable paper bag as well.

Just cleaned up that bissell and replaced the fan, prepacked the bearings.
