Found this Electrolux on eBay. Is 62 dollars a good price to pay?

It's a good price if you feel good about it but don't let the shipping kill you. If this includes shipping yes that a great price in my opinion.

Be wary

I didn't check the listing, but you might want to ask for additional pictures if they aren't included already. The gaskets that seal the bag cover to the fill tube and to the bag collar were made of rubber that dries and then chips off until nothing is left. When that happens, the system won't seal, and I have to tell you that I've never seen one of these uprights that doesn't have that problem at the age they've reached now.

As much as I like Electrolux....

I would be very wary of this model. I have seen several of these in local vac shops' junk piles simply because they can't find parts for them anymore!

Hope you are not planning to put it to use...

Electrolux just does not seem to be able to get it together with uprights. This model was their first attempt. Sucked at everything except dirt off the floor.
