I believe the color was called Copper. Is it a metal or plastic base? |

Hi!
I have almost the exact same convertible, listed as Model #U4047, The only difference being that my 4047 Has a Vinyl Snap-Bag, Stating "HOOVER" in capital white letters, going down the bag. While I am unsure if you model carries the following features, The 4047 I possess Also carries the "snap/Slide-in" Style of tool converter, has four height adjustment levels [Shag, High, Normal & Low]. The cord has the older style "Rounded" plug. Are these similar models, or something else? |

Oreckboy....I must concur with John, that was a GREAT find you got there!! That Convertible of yours looks to be in great shape....whoever owned it must have taken great care of it & was careful with their vacuum when using it.
Best of luck to you in fixing the height adjustment on the Convertible & building your collection. Rob |
