Excellent read! Both that and the turbomaste are good examples of a ruined cleaner being returned to new by a bit of cleaning! I have a spare pivot sleeve if you want to try it, it back from my slightly leaning boost, but it didn't lean that badly!

It's the beige plastic sleeve that goes over the left hand chassis pivot, and the handle release holds against. Over time these warp I think, hence the leaning. I've fixed lean before by replacing this, worse case is the pivot is snapping off, have you checked for this?

Yes I am! Ah good, job done then! I'd have to get the service manual out for the official term, and I'm at work now so that won't happen!
