So perhaps this is a basic question, but what are all of the brands manufactured by / engineered by Tacony, and what order do they fall in from lowest end of the range to highest point in the range?

Here is a list that had many of Tacony's brands. I would say that Riccar and Simplicity are at the top, Tornado and Powr-Flite are commercial vacuums in the same market as Sebo, Fuller Brush is their nicer "cheap" brand, and Carpet Pro is at the bottom. I believe only Riccar and Simplicity are made in the U.S.

In Europe, TruVox is also a Tacony brand. Tacony also owns Koala Studios which makes sewing room furniture for the Simplicity and Baby Lock sewing machines and sergers. CleanMAX is also a Tacony commercial brand, with the 8 pound "Zoom" models from CleanMAX made in St. James, MO. Many of the Tornado brand machines are also made in St. James.

Does Tornado still sell Karcher machines as Tornado's ? or has this stoped now.

On another point I noticed that Karcher is changing its brand colours from Black and yellow to black and grey

A few of the Karcher machines are sold as Tornado. We make the Wide Area Vacs and the large (30 gallon) canister vacs here in St. James.
