Good finds and for free - well - who could complain!
It is usual for Henry vacuums to be a bit rough around the edges, but that in itself is testiment to the industrial build they have. How many domestic oriented vacuum cleaners do you see covered in paint and generally "beat up" that still work as intended? Not many I'd say. |

Snapped a photo of the three of them today, lined up in order of age. Particularly observant folks may notice the red button missing from Henry #2 - I haven't replaced the switch yet! |

I used to love my Xtra. Normal henry obv but the turbobrush was great on my mums carpet! Sadly after 2 years a stone smashed the fan turbine to pieces and the machine now resides in rural Devon with a normal floor tool on |

Your right, I could! This was back when they were new and expensive as a spare part though. Our flats too small for Henry, I have Henry Hound waiting for a bigger place to use it, but we have the Miele now and it is nicer to use in so many ways... Decisions decisions |

Thanks Joe,
I had seen that site before but it's nice to hear that you have personally used them before as I'm always a bit weary of using new sites for the first time I need to wait till pay day and then make my mind up lol Tayyab Wilko had Henry Xtra's for £120 last week but now out of stock Joe you should get a Huggable Henry off Amazon how sweet lol |
