Ok, this is the last one for now, I promise (actually it is the last one I have to show you). I am not sure when this one was made, so I may be pushing by posting it on the vintage forum. This was my last purchase from this past week.

This was also from the thrift where I got my light blue convertible. I went in there because I knew they had an 8 pack of the "C" bags which I needed. Again, I had to go to the manager on duty for a sales slip, and as I was waiting, I spied this by itself in a shopping cart in the back. When the manager came around I asked him if they were getting ready to put that vacuum (as I pointed to it) onto the sales floor and how much would it be?

He looked at me like I was out of my mind and said, "Did you see the vacuums we have out on the floor?" I told him that yes I did but I wanted to see this one.

Anyhow I got this one for $10. This one is the newest and is all plastic. It has a working headlight. This is model U4423. here are a couple photos of it in "as found" condition.

Nice find, I love the colors on this one. Especially the bag. I'm a real sucker for blue.
Too bad it's not a metal base. I think they run a lot quieter.
I sure it will be a real show piece. I can't wait to see the after pictures.
