Just found a Lewyt model 97 in my mother-in laws closet. The original instructions and parts list are in excellant shape. It also has original hose and wand attachment. I have no idea whats its worth, can anyone help?

Is it complete? It should have a white hose, wands with white rubber ends and chrome clips to hold them together. A blue rug nozzle that matches the machine and if its an early machine blue crevice tool, dusting brush and purple small nozzle or if its the later version all 3 parts in white.

what about a pic???

unless it is something one of a kind, a machine is worth its best offer. Alot of people tend to want hundreds of dollars just because a machine in "old" or "vintage" or "antique", But that's simply not the case. there's a lot that becomes a factor that a "average" person, versus a collector does not have the knowledge and does not understand....
