Viking

It IS an electrolux from Europe. The used the Viking name as ABLux was already selling sewing machines in US.This was in the mid 80s.They hired many former Elux salesmen in this area and did well with tank, upright and 3 brush shampooer. Then closed the Viking vac operation and came back later by buying rights to Electrolux name in US as 'our'Elux became Aerus.

Husqvarna makes chainsaws and lawnmowers here in the states! I had no idea they made vacuums.

Besides mowers,vcuums,chainsaws-Huskvarna made very nice Swedish sporting rifles, and military equipment. They made machine tools at one time as well. And of course sewing machines have one of theirs-very nice!

Hello, lovely machine, it is an Electrolux D 720, made in Sweden in the early Eighties.
Greetings,
Tommy
