Got this down from the loft today as not used it for a while and I’ve not seen anyone else say they have it on here so thought I would share some pics and info about this cleaner. I got this nearly a year ago and it’s not a bad cleaner but it has its faults that I’ll cover later. This version is the top model in the range, its 1500 watt 310 air watts and not too noisy either. It comes with loads of accessories and a six year guarantee, the main hose is very long and I find it annoying because it means the cleaner does not follow you very well and has a habit of getting stuck in door frames and on furniture, it’s fairly light to carry anyway enough of my rambling lol .....

Wow I dudnt expect it to be that big compared to the DC38, however the DC38 is quite small I suppose |

Hi,
Yep the DC38 is very compact I've a bit of a love/hate relationship with that cleaner, I will do a separate review and pics of it when I've cleaned it up lol The Vax is a striking design that's what made me buy it, I'm into bagless and the different dust separation system on this model looked interesting. I didn't pay anywhere near the price that John Lewis, Amazon and Vax charge for it the and the RRP on Vax cleaners is crazy. I've seen the new Mach Air Mini in Homebase and it wasn't as mini as I expected I thought it was a DC26\DC38 rival it hardly seemed smaller than this Mach Air just a bit narrower so I've no desire to buy one!
