Mine are my Hoover Encore and Hoover Portapower until Saturday when I go pickup the Riccar Vibrance I ordered.

My primary vac is my mid 1980's Hoover Convertible U4411. I also occasionally pull out my Kirby Heritage or G4.

many rotate in that position for me. dc 18, quick if only partially effective. Hoover LyNX, Silverado, Concept 1, normally follows using the dc 18

Miele Salsa S7

In our house, this is our daily driver. And if Dan has any say (which he does - since he does the vacuuming), it is not subject to change any time soon.

These three are my current Daily Drivers... I was alternating between the Simplicity and Windsor before I got the Miele S7 Salsa, but now I'm with Tom's Dan....  the Miele will be my Daily Driver for a very long time now... it totally rocks and I'm still in disbelief over the fact that I actually own such a lovely machine.  Wow!!!  I completely understand why Dan is hugging it in the picture!

Turbo500, that Sebo is so pretty in red!

My daily driver at the moment is my 1996 Electrolux Contour ESP Varipower. The reason? Well, it does a good job for both carpet and above-floor cleaning, plus it was already quite badly scratched and scuffed when I got it so I'm not concerned about keeping it in mint condition, as I am with my other vacuums.

Out of all the daily drivers, its still either my dirty fan Vax VCU02 or my SEBO Felix. My old Felix is getting on a bit now but its still a great one for going around corners and its short hose is great for picking up kitchen crumbs as well as being the main one for cleaning out my Jovis hand held vac.

Lately It's been my latest find, a Tristar CXL two speed. I don't think I have another vacuum that fluffs the carpet as well, and it seems to really do a nice job. That is subject to change anytime (at least temporarily) because it sounds like the motor is on its last legs. I'm already trying to get a replacement motor. Most of the time my daily driver rotates every couple weeks or so.

Drivers

Daily drivers for me are always subject to change in rotation. For now it's the Heritage II, G4, Lux Model R, Super J, and the Convertible U4413. Today was the Heritage II's turn, but the Convertible cut in line! LOL

My Concept 1 does that all the time

Upstairs, my mom's Kirby G4 is the main cleaner, but is too violent for the area rugs. That's when the Hoover 115 comes into play.

In the basement, where my bedroom and vac collection are located, I alternate different machines out.

When the cars need a cleaning, the Heritage II goes up to the garage.

Daily driver

My daily drivers are a eureka bravo 2 world vac, a dyson dc25 the ball, a 1935 Hoover model 300, and a royal hand vac for the small stuff.

An all-German lineup at the moment -- Sebo Felix for the carpet, and alternating Mieles -- a Flamenco II and a Solaris Electro Plus -- for the hard floors.

Up until now I've been using my Vax VCU-02 upright in between my SEBO Felix, but only a couple of days ago, a new filter came for my bagless, fab vintage Dirt Devil Room Mate. It has now replaced the Vax VCU02 in terms of a quick clean around carpets. Such a great model and such a great pity it is no longer on sale in the UK. The long cord is a total boon to have and the Dirt Devil certainly picks up quite a lot in one go. It can go under beds whereas the Vax can't because of its permanent back grab handle.
