So, my Mother's vacuum cleaner gave out (it was a one year old $47 Bissell bagless) and she tasked me with the replacement of her machine. Her only requests were that the machine be bagless, have washable filters, not have a rewinding cord and be under $100.00. Well, I knew I couldn't get anything really good, but I purchased the $119.99 Hoover WindTunnel 3 Whole Home bagless in red. I must say I am extremely shocked in a good way with the quality of the product, and the performance for the price.
