One is a Riccar 3000 which I assume is one of their earlier machines due to its looks and that it is made in Taiwan.
The other is a vintage Tornado Wet/Dry vac that I can't find anything on.

I've heard of and seen a couple Tornado shop vacs. Never knew too much about Riccar, but it seems all the big names today at their start and even in the present had vacuums made/designed by Panasonic, as that Riccar sure reminds me of an older Panasonic.
