Unfortunately, I don't have the means to upload any of my designs at the moment. However, I am always looking for ideas. My area of interest is primarily in wet/dry vacuums. Any thoughts, ideas, comments on improvements that could be made to existing ones?

What's the gig?

Which types of cleaners would you want to launch? I'd love to work for someone at this.

I'll look into it

I'll do my research. Which aspects need designing or re-designing?

well

i thought of the singer should also have a hard bag sibling and the fantom should not have the handle as the extension wand but other than that they should be the same

Of all the vacuums that would benefit from multi cyclonic dirt separation, the wet/dry vac is at the top of the list. Without the clogging filter in the middle of the collection canister, the wet/dry Shop Vac would FINALLY work properly. Cyclones can separate water too - so the benefit to the consumer would be tremendous. Imagine all the fine dust picked up by a wet/dry vac? The multi-cyclonics would keep the airflow and suction strong throughout the entire cleaning job.

Read my mind

I totally agree, and in fact, I have in the past designed shop-vacs with multi-cyclonic systems. Using cyclones to separate most of the dust, and then having one or two filters to collect the rest would be a great system for any sort of dust collection application, and would be much more portable that existing cyclonic dust collectors.

As far as the singer goes...

I've never seen that twin-fan design on a direct flow system, but I like it. Twice the airflow. What would be the benefits of a hard-bag system on that machine?

my design

Don't show your designs to anyone until it is protected. There are those in the industry that could take it and run with it for their own capital gain if you design was one that would work as an improvement. In the late 1950's Douglas Manufacturing went on a couple of ideas that my father showed a company man that came to the house. My father showed a rough working model and six months later word came out about a new design vacuum. Douglas made for the industry several units. Kingston,Germatron, Rambler, Royal canister to name a few. Built at Bronson , Michigan, So watch your design. tig21er

Totally. Some say they're designers, only to take other people's ideas. Be careful.

Way ahead of you

Yep. Totally agree. I only show my designs to people I know and trust. Mostly other people my own age, none of whom have any interest in vacuum cleaners. There aren't a lot of other 18 year old vacuum cleaner enthusiasts that I know of...
