For those unable to locate the registration form for the 2013 Milwaukee Convention under the, "Vacuum Clubs", tab of the home page of this web site, here it is. (If you get to the convention tab, you MUST click on the picture of Laverne & Shirley to find the registration form.)

You can cut and paste it into a new email and email it to Dave Olsen at: dav36@earthlink.net Payment can be made by Paypal--the link for that found in the above mentioned sentence or by check.

If you still have problems or issues, you can contact me at eapius@aol.com and I will print out a registration form and mail it to you or walk you through the process on line. Please act fast, the convention is just over a month away!

Checkrate/Likes *Finally did the paypal thing* and mailed Dave the registration form. I TRUST Joe Kassock did too. He had it printed the other day, ready to go.
