I don't know about Top-Fill Bag lettering, but Arial Black is the closest to the Hoover logo, if I remember right. | ||

The typeface used for the words "Top-Fill Bag" and "Deluxe Top-Fill Bag System" is called Handel Gothic, which is the same font used for the general wording on the hood. | ||

For the Hoover logo, try Helvetica Black. Of all the common fonts this seems to be the closest match to the original.
