I saw this in an ebay post, could anyone provide me with information as to what machine it was an option for and any other additional info? It looks reminiscent of Tristar nozzles to me...

thanks!

I would like to know about the Drilux, too.

On

QVC Electrolux for a short time had a power head that was not used with suction. It was run on the Electrolux model setup for it to brush in a dry cleaning powder for carpets. You then put your power nozzle on and picked up the powder and dirt out of carpet. Capture was that carpet cleaner that you used later to replace it.

It

does work good but was not as popular as Floor pro.

Thanks, John. I hadn't heard of it till I saw it on eBay recently. I see they made three different models of it (D146A, D146B, and D146C). I take it the powder is no longer available?

Here is a link I found for Capture brand rug and carpet cleaners manufactured by Milliken & Company:

This is one of the several different types of cleaners available:

The eBay seller that has a current listing of a Drilux mentioned that his Drilux/D146A came with his 2100/C141F canister (I presume along with the regular power nozzle).

Could you use the attachment with a vintage model (e.g. F, G) if you had a teal PN-1 or later power nozzle wand (with the detachable pn)?
