Got my Elite 5.0 LE up and running again, the motor was completely shot,so I dropped in a donor motor from a nasty but good running twin chamber bagless. The bagless was a garbage find,it was all clogged up and filthy. At first I thought I would put the Bag and handle from the Elite on the bagless base, and it fit,all I had to do was break off the plastic center post on the plug on the base, so then I decided to just put the motor in the Elite, the 12 amp motor is a direct drop in,it has a second row of smaller blades on the fan,I thought it might blow the paper bag off,but it didn't. This thing really has some power now,it lifts the carpet up and grooms it well. I tried to post a pic but it came out really distorted,I'll try again later. Mark
