I took the head of our new (less than an hour of use) Wessel Werk 360 apart in an attempt to pull out a strand of material that was binding the "carpet beater," and part of the insides fell out on my work surface and the surrounding floor. Wow!!! Judging from the less-than-helpful picture in the owners manual, I haven't recovered all the parts.

So .... can anyone guide me to a reliable picture/plan/youtube depiction of how I can go about getting this thing back together? Barring that, do any of you have enlightening words on what my next step should be?

Thanks,
John
