The Vax Air3 has hit the Americas as the Hoover Windtunnel Pro Steerable. It has the same idea but incredible different. Has a suction dial. Any thoughts? I think it looks pretty cool as it fixes what little problems the air had like the wand handle

Thanks for posting the link Chris. I didn't realize that they had made it to the US already. I hve the original WT Air & love it. The body on this model looks chunkier than the older model I have.

Thanks Brian. I agree it definitely chunkier. It may be because of the new hose system

Good to see it has finally landed in the U.S See link below for the UK launch video from Vax.

Where did you see the suction dial though?

Click on the first link and go to the hoover web page and view the images there, you will then see the suction dial

Im sure that's not a suction dial- thats a dial that is marked "Tools" and "Floor" thus it could be a converter lock mechanism. But I like how Hoover have redesigned the handle; looks far more comfortable than the Vax version.

I'm only saying this because brands have yet to launch multi-cyclonic uprights with variable suction controls. Maybe Hoover will be the first then!
