A few more vacuums for the collection here. A lovely Electrolux Z561 Twin Turbo and full set of unused dusting tools from April 1987, and a Hitachi cylinder (model number escapes me) from the early 80's, complete with tools.

Here's the early 80's version of the Z560, with the rotary electronic power knob, and the illuminated switch that lights up when switched off and goes out when switched on - I still maintain that this was ahead of its time even in the early 80's!

Steve, what's the serial number on the 560? The 561 replaced the 560 as the TOL cleaner, so there isn't much between them. If you post the serial number, someone will date it for you

The 612 was technically the top of the line for 1987.
