Seems like it could be a Kenmore Powercenter, but the hood shape seems wrong.

It's got the right hood. I have this same model and that's what it looks like. They did have a few slight different hood styles

That Power Center has an early Hoover Elite style hood; & the vacuum looks more like an Elite.
