I just bought one of these the other day since reading on here that Hoover ceased production on them and can confirm it is indeed an attachment port. It didn't come with attachments however. |

Awesome! Attachments can always be hunted down later anyway. Once my Kirby sells on eBay I should have the money to buy one. Sadly I am only allowed one upright at a time. |

Is it very noisy? I know most Elites are prone to having that plasticy rattle, worn out sound. Does it sound smooth out of the box? Again, thank you for the help. |

It's not a quiet vacuum but it's not unbearably loud, at least to me. I swapped out the original brushroll for a wooden CWP one which made it a bit smoother and quieter I think. |

That's good to hear that it grooms well. It is often times hard to judge noise by video. I just hope I can get one before the supply runs out! |
