Hello,

I've just uploaded a great documentary shown in 1997 about a small vacuum cleaner repair shop in Accrington Lancashire. It features quite a few old models and plenty of stripped down cleaners being worked on.

Check out my other videos on my channel if you haven't seen it before. There's plenty to keep the vacuum enthusiast occupied for hours with lots more to come.

very weird watching this, have been in his shop few times as my other half Paul is from a village outside Accy.

the shop is still much the same inside even with the odd 500 series Lux knocking about!

Thank you for pointing us to this film. One is kept quite entranced spotting the range of sweepers in the background and long shots.

Utterly charming and the kind of material this Club is all about.

IT WAS HAUNTING TO WATCH.....IT WAS LIKE WATCHING THE BRITISH VERSION OF MYSELF..WITH THE SAME SET UP .....I AM STILL REPAIRING HOOVERS THAT OLD 16 YEARS LATER ....JUST DID A 61 AND A 66 IN THE LAST THREE DAYS....WOW...AND THIS WAS SIXTEEN YEARS AGO....PRE DYSON PRE BAGLESS
