Greetings all completed the restoration on my teal 454, everything was well and the vac running good sitting there hovering and was cleaning under my bed and all of sudden I hear this vibration like an out of balance washer toke me a sec to figure out it was the 454. It's not a consent problem just intermittent. I did not do anything to the motor, it seem to run well enough and was clean under there.

Is this motor related, do I need special tools to clean and lube the motor? Anyone have a guide on how to clean and service one? Is it to late to save the motor?

Sounds like the bearings are failing.
