Bulb Wattage Check the wattage of the bulb, if it is too high (more than 13) it could start to melt stuff. I bought a bunch of 12v 18w bulbs for my Hoovers by mistake but will use them in cars. | ||

Gmerkt The style number of the correct bulb is Type 912, which are made by several manufacturers including GE, Phillips, and Sylvania. | ||

I use car bulbs in my hoover turbopower as they are the perfect fit! I don't know about kirbys though | ||
