I don't really go out and look for vacuums anymore but today I decided to stop in Goodwill for the first time in a while. I was kind of hoping I wouldn't find something to spend money on but I just could not leave this mint condition Eureka Vanguard there when I saw it. I didn't even bother plugging it in because either way I've wanted one of these for a really long time. She runs and looks perfect! I probably won't even spend the time cleaning the minor scuffs off because there are so few.

Chase,

Good work finding that one!

BTW, I wanted to ask you a question about your Royal 618 Heavy Duty Commercial wide-track: what is its serial #? Since you already point out it's a 1986 model, the serial # on it should read something like #G86A009181.

Very nice condition. It doesn’t appear to have a scratch on it. Enjoy!

Wow!

What a great find!

You can't beat the cleaning power of a Eureka! Does it have the standard brush roll or the Vibra Groomer 1?

I am drooling....that is one beeeeyoootiful Eureka!

Such a modern design for the times....and a great performer to boot.

"Eureka....the very best in vacuum cleaners...and more kinds of vacuum cleaners than anyone else in the world....that's Eureka!" (From a series of Eureka Williams commercials in the 1970's)
