I have only seen this now discontinued vac online. Anybody familiar with it? Seems i read it was made in Europe, i also have seen it priced far lower than in my link.

Yup... The main canister is a vac made by AEG in Germany which is now a division of Electrolux, as is the Sanitaire brandname. They married a Eureka Express power nozzle to the body of the AEG vac for the Sanitaire division in North America. In Europe this canister is called the AEG System Pro....here's a link to a pic:
