So even though we only moved in a few months ago we decided to do a minor revamp of our display for our new dyson models

fittings and fixtures

After you said in a previous thread Dyson were coming to remerchandise your new premises Im quite shocked at how basic those Dyson POS fittings and fixtures are, they obviously dont spend the cash that they spend fitting out out stores here with demo stands and models.

Considering your the main SA agent for selling and repair I was expecting mega displays and no expense spared when you moved into the new place. You must be dissapointed?

Are they coming back to do more? Seems that they even got the Fans on the wrong POS too. No loss of suction? I was here thinking it was no loss of blow...... LOL
Not quite sure what they were thinking of with the lamintae floor either. Our Demo areas get a mix of carpet and laminate with 'hose only' models to try out various 'pay extra' tools too. Not even a Dyson logo mat either.

Like the Dyson timeline, its nice they let you do that which is always a positive.

Our new Dyson Display in ur shop

Gareth,
It looks great. I like the clean smart lines and the area with hard surface so a customer could try it out on hard floors. It looks very "new" and makes it easy for the customer to see the machines. Great job and thanks for sharing with everyone.
Rob

There will always be a nasty jealous person who has more negative things to say
then positive . It`s when those nasty people stop talking you have to worry : )

@ turbomaster

We are the main service agents but not the main selling agents, I also never mentioned that dyson would be merchandising our store either. I think the stands are really nice, There is another type of stand but I prefer these ones, Also we only currently have 5 vacuum models in SA so the displays would be smaller.

I am very happy with how it looks , we will be adding more vintage models and signage shortly

As for the hardwood SA is very Modern with fitting's,Granite and marble kitchen counter tops are pretty much standard, very few houses here have carpet and if so only in the bedrooms, ( imagine your hottest day in the UK that's our coolest day here so things that carpets that make warm are not liked) , Mostly wooden tile and marble flooring. Our entire range was chosen so that they all work very well on hard flooring.

To Every one else

Thank you for the lovely comments, as most of you will know setting up a vacuum shop is very expensive and time consuming, I am very happy with how it looks. The main thing is to keep it updated and always looking fresh

Thank you John
Yes I hate the traditional dusty vacshop, I like my one clean and tidy and dust free
