Seems it was made by an east german company called "Omega"

Here's a pic of the brochure, my hollandia is the cream cylinder.

And this one, by the same company (not that the DDR had many in the first place) had a blender attachment..

That is quite a find, Ian. I love the two-tone grey cylinder model.

That's the one like mine, Alan...I imagine the Hollandia was another colour scheme in that model range, either that or House of Holland deemed the original colour scheme to be too oppressive.

And believe me, the Hollandia's colour scheme is quite restrained for the time :P

I like the one with the blender attachment, who'd have thunk that one. It would go well with my blender and vac collection

Nice brochure Ian, that second red vac looks like a cross between a Goblin and a snow blower from the back....the third grey vac deinately looks like a Hoover 417.

Thanks for sharing, cheers, Mike

Not mine alas, I'll post the link to the website..

here's the "haushaltgerat" (Household Appliance) page.

There's lots of other goodies of course, Cars, Radios, Tvs, even packaging lol...you just need to know a fair bit of German, although I feel some German words are just idiot proof.

:P
