Looks like it's for a Riccar/Simplicity canister....

Here's another possibility - and I think I've got a match because this vac requires a pig-tail connection to the canister: It's from a Shark power nozzle canister vac! (They must also be made in Korea....)

in Canada, these are called Sharks and are available at Canadian Tire stores. I think they are labelled as Fantoms in the USA....
