Ummm.Since I wrote my 1st open question yesterday and getting a better than I thought responce it got me thinking of more open questions to ask more of you vacuum cleaner collectors. (Heres some of them)
Anyone tried selling vacuums in in-home demos and got any good storys.
I have one or two.
Once me and my then boss went in to a home of a young couple to do a demo.(They was expecting us it was a appointment)Both were in there underwear through the whole demo!?
Once as well my then boss went in to one prospects house and went to do a bed test pulled back the sheets and there were wips, chains,Adult toys etc... (Bit more than he expected!)(umm!? wonder if he moved them to do the bed demo or just went around them! I forgot to ask)
You do meet alot of diffrent people when dealing with the public.
Any of you ever had any intresting story's relating to vacuum cleaners or your own collection?

Has this ever happened to you. you have been looking for a vacuum you have been wanting for ages.
One turns up you manage to get it by the skin of your teeth, then over the next week or two others suddenly appear!? Just like buses...

Thanks again for your time people.

James:-)

That is so true as I have been wanting an OreckXL Dual stack I found one on ebay in an ebay store the bin was 199.00 and I didn't want to go that high because the belt door was missing and I knew the seller as I have bought 2 previous vacs from him but he usually doesn't go down on price but I took the gamble and emailed him and asked him if it were possible to lower the bin to 150.00 to my suprise He did and I bought it and then I search yesterday for the dual stack and now there are 2 listing one startiung bid is 9.99 and the other is starting bid 99.00, so it's like if I would have waited a little longer in my mind I'm thinking I could have probably gotten the Dual stack cheaper then I paid for it. But that's the way it falls sometime but then on the on the other hand I'm thinking that if I didn't do the bin maybe I would have gotten outbid on the other 2
