Hi I just got a hamilton beach model hv hand vac and was wondering 2 things,

I'd like to know if it is a pre world war II model and mainly I found the tag said there were grease cups and i was wondering do I actually fill them with bearing grease or would if in doubt just use electric motor oil.

Thanks
